The Whisper Deluxe is a powerful air rifle based on the standard Whisper. Adding a Crosman Nitro Piston kicks it up another notch! The Whisper Deluxe incorporates ND52, a noise-reduction technology that makes it one of the quietest air rifles you can buy (52% quieter!). This spring-piston breakbarrel flings .177 cal PBA Raptor pellets at 1,200 fps (50 rounds included). Lead pellets will deliver about 1,000 fps. The 3-9x40mm scope has a standard reticle and a 1-piece scope mount. Features include auto-cocking safety, manual trigger safety, two-stage adjustable trigger, fiber optic front/rear sights and ambidextrous stock with twin raised cheekpieces. Special all-weather stock has checkered inserts in the grip & forearm! We measured the cocking effort and it was 35 lbs. Gamo lists it at 30 lbs., so it's likely that the cocking effort will diminish as the gun breaks in.
